This policy applies to our packing and unpacking (moving assistance) services performed at your location in North Miami, Florida, and the United States. We provide full-service packing, partial packing, and unpacking services to customers in North Miami and the greater Miami area, Florida. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for these services.

Because our packing and unpacking services are performed at your address in the United States (Florida), we do not accept returns of physical goods. This policy covers cancellation and refund of service fees only.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your packing or unpacking appointment in North Miami or Florida, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date may qualify for a full refund of any deposit or no charge if payment was not yet due. This applies to all moving assistance (packing and unpacking) bookings in the United States.

Refunds

If we cancel the packing or unpacking service due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a fee may apply as stated in your quote for moving assistance in Florida. Refunds are processed in accordance with our records and applicable law in the United States. For packing or unpacking services already performed at your North Miami or Florida address, no refund applies except as required by law.
